I signed up for a new line of mobile service with Verizon in July. Made all the qualifying purchases and signed up for the right plan. Now, 75 days later, still no email to activate the promotion. I have spoken to 4 different agents on the phone and chatted with just as many online; no one seems to know what I am talking about. What is going on, Verizon?

1. Sign in to My Verizon and navigate to the My Verizon account page.
2 . Scroll down to Make the Most of Your Plans, click on the Get an Amazon Fire TV on us redemption tile.
Result: The customer is taken to another page to claim the offer.
3. Review and agree to the Terms & Conditions, then select Claim offer.
Result: The customer is taken to another page with instructions To redeem, select copy code and enter it during checkout at Amazon.com.
4. Click Copy code.
Result: Code is added to the customer's clipboard to enable them to paste at checkout on the Amazon site to apply the discount. Customers can also write down the code and manually enter at checkout.
5. Click Go to Website.
Result: Customer is redirected to Amazon.com on the Amazon Fire TV product page. The Amazon Fire TV will be listed at full retail price and the discount will be applied once the code is applied at checkout.
6. Add the Amazon Fire TV to cart.
Result: Amazon Fire TV will be added to cart at full retail price. Discount will be applied once code is added at checkout.
7. Sign in to Amazon.com, if not already signed in. If the customer does not have an Amazon account, they will be prompted to create one.
The Amazon Fire TV will be in the customerโs cart.
Click Checkout.
Scroll to Add a gift card, promotion code or voucher on the Amazon checkout page.
Paste or type in the code where prompted.
Enter Shipping information.
Complete the order.
Note: Shipments typically arrive within 2-3 days after the offer is redeemed.
