So I have received an email to redeem the offer for purchasing a new phone but I cannot find it in my account. I have tried with customer service and chats to no end. Seems like an endless loop of different answers no one is on the same page. I am past the 30 days since activation....

I purchased it April 15.I have nothing in my spam folder from Verizon. I have the email to redeem it but it takes my to the Verizon app and it is no where to be found.
