In June 2023 my husband called to cancel our phones, watches, and internet due to rising prices. I had been a verizon customer for 15 years! Our final bill of $768 was paid in full. Never heard anything more from Verizon until November 2023 saying we had a bill. No, we paid it in full. We recently started getting threatened with collections because someone didnt cancel our internet. We hadnt used the internet since the last day of service. They are now affecting my credit! It dropped 30 points! Noobody will talk to me and I am getting so fed up. I ask to speak with a supervior and he has such a thick accent and all he says is to pay. I don't think so! It wasn't my issue! I really don't know where to go from here but I guess if you think ruining my credit over $110 makes you guys look good then, so be it. I need someone to please contact me that can help me!

Ryan from the executive office got this cleared up. I suggest in depth training for all individuals because until it got to the executive level (after filing a complaint with the BBB) the representatives all turned me away and most treated me like a criminal. Thankfully, Ryan read the call notes and saw where it was supposed to be cancelled. Without him I'd still be fighting this. This has been resolved and my credit is already repaired.
