Apple Music Subscription - Erroneous Charges

Two lines on my account have erroneous charges for Apple Music Individual.  I have called repeatedly and been assured that it was removed from the bill and would come off on the next billing cycle.  It keeps reappearing.  It has been 5 months.  Apple doesn't see it and Verizon says it is a "third party problem".  I was just assured that "next month" it will certainly come off the bill.

 

I saw that someone posted this same problem a few months ago and that agent Joseph helped them resolve it, but the post doesn't mention what the actual resolution was.  Does anyone know the answer?
