Hello, three weeks ago I purchased an iPhone 15 pro max from the Apple Store in Louisville, KY. I setup through the Apple app to have Verizon finance my iPhone 13 pro max after trade in. I was at the Apple Store for over an hour and even with calls to Verizon we could not get Apple Store to finalize the purchase. Apple recommended me cancelling the order so I did. Now when I log into Verizon it is showing the scheduled payment plan on my line for a phone I never got. I wanted to go and buy the phone directly from Verizon but I can’t even do that due to this. Verizon after 3 hours on the phone with them says Apple has to reach out to Verizon to remove the payment plan from my Verizon account. After 2 hours on the phone with Apple they say Verizon has to do the removal. Bill is due in a week with activation and device payment on the bill I never received.. Anyone have a direct contact to someone at Verizon that knows what they are doing?
