My AutoPay discount hasn't worked in the 7 months I've had my four lines. Paperless Billing and AutoPay (from bank account) have been on since day one. I've tried calling support multiple times. A few weeks ago I was promised a near $300 credit for the months I was overcharged. I still don't see it and my next bill doesn't show the discount applying either. I just got off the phone with support again, and this time they forwarded my call to Affirm? I refused to answer their security questions because I have no idea if I was really talking to Affirm or what they would have to do with anything.

I don't think I'm the one having an issue. I have had it set up correctly starting on the day I began service with you. I even went into the store and they said the discount should be working, but it isn't. Also, why are support Reps promising to refund the amount I'm owed, and then not doing anything about it? It seems like they are incentivized to get customers off the phone instead of actually helping them.

Same problem and zero solution from customer service. $20 of missed discounts going up every month now in the 3rd month of no solutions.

I have the exact same problem. I’ve had multiple calls with customer service for the last eight months and nothing. they’ve made me delete and re-add my bank and I still don’t have the discount applied

I received the discount for the first 2 months. I didnot change anything, and now I have not gotten the discount for 4 or 5 months.

This seems to be a common thing. I transferred my family away from my brother's account in November last year and I immediately set up auto pay with direct checking account debit and paperless billing. I'm missing out on $40 each month in discount that is promised. They also won't give the phone credit for one of the lines I transferred. I've called customer service and they apologize and say they'll get it fixed, but they never do. I'm paying an extra $57 each month because Verizon can't follow through on the discounts promised.
