Auto Pay discount reduction

I just noticed my bill went up $30 dollars this month.  Upon inspection, I see Verizon reduced the auto pay discount by $5 for all 6 of my lines. Verizon has been looking for a way to make money off its most loyal customers. As an over 25 year customer, I am finally fed up with it. I will be looking into switching companies. Congrats Verizon, you finally convinced me to switch plans…and companies.

Hello mfeeks. Thank yo for  25 years with Verizon. So much has changed,,,our phones, the network, the plans and yes discounts. We get it, we all want the most value for what we spend and we work within our budget. This can be challenging at times.  Let us take a look at the account to make sure you have the plan/features to meet your needs as well as your budget. Please reply to the private message that will follow to get into specific account details.

I have same complaint of losing auto payment reduction after having our lines for decades as well. Two of us are seniors and generally our group of users does need perks, etc. and just want simple unlimited.  Could get something more competitive with good service but have stayed with Verizon but my inclination is pursue my own lines and tell the kids to do the same.

The last thing I would want to see is for you to leave us, tracypaluta. I know how importnat that these discounts are to keeping your plan and service in budget, and I am here to help. I would be happy to see what options we have to make sure you're getting everything you need out of your plan, and keep things in budget. Please be on the lookout for a private message from me.
