I just noticed that my auto pay discount is $5 less which I don’t recall getting the email. I have 12 lines. My understanding is that having paperless and autopay is the $10 discount. I might be looking for a new carrier. I have been here too long for this too happen
I never got a notice about the change. It just showed up in my current bill.
