  • So I just got my account fixed to be the correct price to turn around and have it changed and go up 25 dollars again. Every time I turn around my bill goes up. I have 5 lines and have been with Verizon 16 years.  But this is ridiculous I cant wait till these contracts for my devices are up cause I'll be shopping for a different carrier

If you are on a legacy plan, there was a recent pricing change where the autopay discount was reduced to $5/line.  I am guessing this is where the $25 is coming from on the bill.  Short of switching to prepaid service or going to a budget carrier, the other big carriers charge in about the same range.

Here is the thing once grandfathered in especially with 4 device contracts. I have 5 lines altogether. I cant change the plans or it voiding the device credit. I've been with verizon forb16 years  I know the loop holes and not to sound conceded but usually better than most CSR. Cause when the new plans first came out 4 different reps tried to have me go to those plans and I say do you look at the effects your recommendations might cost someone before you make them .  Because had I not already know and just let them change I would be our device credit and more. So I started  always telling them I'll wait if you want to confirm that if i change the plan it will effect the device contracts and everytime they say im right . The   question is why say it's a gra fathered plan when they have now had each line go up 4 dollars for each plan. And 5 more now for the 5 dollar decrease in auto pay. I have 6 lines and r of them are on 36 month device contracts.  I feel like loyalty diesnt cost to Verizon as much as a new customer cause. Especially once they have locked you into another contract. Matter of fact I was told my Galaxy 9plus i had would stop nag with the 5G and I was constantly having network issues after so the one time I really didn't just go research all of it myself they hot over on my andinto a new device and conteact only tofind out later mine would have been just fine. I was very upset
