really bad experience I just barely switched over from tmoble because Verizon seemed to be less of a hassle it’s barely been 3 months been paying my phone bill on time or even 2-3 days early do to the lag on processing the payment and just after paying my bill 1 day early I get the “eneligble” notification and now I’m going to have to pay that “discount” amount. When I did nothing wrong but yet they want to take my auto pay for that but wait even better I can still pay with a debit card that can be from the same account but still won’t get my discount pretty unprofessional to me I switched careers for better but now it’s gone worse I asked if I can have it removed since it wasn’t a late payment or anything like that and the customer support rude and disrespectful. If I can get help any other way I’d appreciate it if not I will most likely cut ties with Verizon because for me to get my discount removed for paying early seems really ridiculous
