Credit line has horrible customer service. Autopay charged only $2.69 instead of $400.51 Now I have an outstanding balance and no one explained why. They state its my fault but thats what the statement had $2. Will no longer be using Verizon Visa. Subcharges they do not explain nor billing cycles to align autopay. Ridiculous.
