Verizon continues to try to take money out of my bank account on a closed account. They keep adding more charges on top of the amount we discussed was correct. I still have Verizon but accidentally opened a new line when upgrading but canceled three days later to merge it to the one account. I am so irritated because they even charged my family memberโs card. Is this legal to continue trying to charge for more than the agreed amount?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. To better assist, please tell us a little more. Is the account enrolled to AutoPay using the CC being charged? Are you the account owner or an account manager/authorized user?

This company never solve my problem. they sold me an home internet in a verizon store and they lie to me so i can bought it. I call them to cancel the service and they keep charging the service for 1 extra month, i have to call again to finally disconnect the service and told them that i want to return the router, they never send me a shipping label return so they charge more than 200 dolars for the router, i call several times and they always promise to send the return label and never did it. They told me to split the payments to avoid the interruption of my service until they send me the return label and process the devolution of those 214 dollares, but they keep charging the total amount every month. so i decide to stop the payments until they solve the problem, what i get its that they cut the service, i wasnt able to reach a customer service to talk about the problem. one day i contact them trough messages and told them to make the refund of the money they make me pay before i start paying the bills they keep charging.
so they always win, they took the money, verizon dont give you any solution, they cut any possible way to talk to an agent if you have a debt, and all because its their fault. now they finally cut off all the service and are trying to charge me the full amount of the phone i got at the begining. so dont let them keep stealing the money of yours account.
they recorded the calls you have with the customer services and when i asked them to send them to me as a prove that they lie to me and charge more money, they never did it. how can i prove that this is not my fault
