I spoke to six different representatives before anyone even asked me for specific details about my profile and I cannot seem to get the ETF credit. When I started my service the representative told me I was getting 300 mpbs but that not what I got and my service went out when it rained. There's no ETA for my rebate either. The rep kept insisting on closing my broadband service and refused to let me speak to the
manager.
