So this started 8 months ago when I saw a trade in for a new iPhone 14 pro. I went through with this online promotion and sent in my iPhone, I was promised 1000 in promotional credit. Was told that my credit would be applied the next 2 billing cycles. fast forward to that, the credit has not been applied. So I contact Verizon support and try to get it fixed. They promise me again it would be applied in a billing cycle. Next bill, never happens. I have contacted them every month, with the same response, the same promises, and no results. Not really sure what to do about this, as I am paying to much for my bill and feel like I have been lied to and misled over and over again by Verizon for almost a year.
