Being Overcharged for Months Wireless

I'm being overcharged hundreds of dollars. I traded in phones and am being credited the wrong amount on two of my lines and the correct credit on others. When I call a Verizon representative, I am told they will correct the problem but nothing is done. 

The charge is $23.33 and the credit is $5.55 when the credit should be $23.25. 

I was also charged activation fees on four lines @ $35 each line ($140) when I was promised a waived activation fee. 

I was signed up for Netflix when I didn't want it. I have a Netflix account and don't need two accounts. 

I am also on a much higher plan which I didn't signe up for.
