I am an otherwise happy customer of Verizon, but this is enough for me to switch carriers. I am being billed for a device I did not order, let alone receive. I have two lines, I purchased an Apple watch for each line. How do I magically have three Apple Watches? And why did my bill increase $250, if I only ordered two Apple Watches? I would really appreciate this being fixed promptly, I would really prefer to not switch carriers and/or escalate a complaint for a problem that I did not cause. Can someone please fix this? Thank you.
