I had my corporate phone transferred to a personal line when I was leaving my company because I wanted to keep the phone number. The process include the agent open a personal account for me and transfer the phone number to it. I then transferred the phone number to ATT and cancelled the Verizon account on the same day. I am now being charged $357.43, which include a $310 early term fee. Agent I talked to cannot help me since I no longer have account with them, so she said she can't access the account even after talking to supervisor. As I understood (and told by the agent when opening the account) that if I close the account within 14 days, then no early term fee.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Edit: No device balance is owed.
