Talked to customer support 2 times about this issue, both saying the issue will be resolved in a couple weeks. Well it's still not resolved. I purchase 2 iPhones with accompanying tablets as part of a deal. Well family didn't want them so I just purchased a single phone for the wife and returned the 2 tablet phone combos.
First return went fine. The 2nd return is where everything gets messed up. I tried to return via UPS, well the shipping label wouldn't show up so I made an appointment in store and returned the phone and tablet there. The line is showing as disconnected but still trying to charge me the taxes. I was told to not pay and my account would be fine while they look into it.
Now I'm getting charged late fees and the phone is still showing on my account. Can I get some assistance before I also get charged for the devices. This is getting ridiculous and phone support is no help.
