Being charged my first bill and never getting credited for it

I got phone and insurance but returned phone a week later. So obviously I should have a bill credit on the account overall for installment+insurance.

Verizon pretended to by giving me the credit on the second bill BUT THATS BECAUSE THE SECOND BILL ISNT SUPPOSED TO HAVE A CREDIT ANYWAYS-THERES NO SERVICE.

IT NEVER ADDED UP. IT DOESNT TAKE A MATH DEGREE TO KNOW THIS
