Bill Ready Notification Email Not Received

I have paper billing, but I have BILL notifications turned on to receive via email and push notification. I receive this email every month on the 15th.
Last month, I received the email on the 16th (which was odd, as every other month, it comes like clockwork on the 15th for as long as I can remember - I've had an account for 23+ years).
Last month the bill ready email was delayed a day. This month it's now 3 days over when it normally comes and I still have not received it.
I don't want to review my account for savings or make changes. I just want someone to look and see if the "bill ready" email was ever triggered on my account for this month and tell me why I may not have received it on the 15th like I have for years. And I want to make sure it's a one-off and I will receive it going forward.
Thanks.

Just bumping this in hope someone official sees it. I get the impression Employees helping in these for forums are US based and understand a bit more than the overseas chat and email reps, so I was hoping to get some assistance here.
Never got the email and it's now 5 days over the normal day I receive it. I'd really like to confirm if it was ever issued this month, ensure it will come next month, and make sure there's nothing messed up on the back end of Verizon that would prevent it from triggering properly.

Hello wkkunkle, we understand the importance of not disrupting our customers bill notification routine as this may cause confusion. We too find it odd, that your previous month email was delayed by 1 day and you are currently missing this months notification. We want to make sure this doesn't continue to happen. We'd like to ask you a few questions to provide you our best assistance. Have you made any recent changes? Have you received any notifications at all from Verizon?

I've made no changes whatsoever. That's why I logged into confirm my notification settings were untouched.
I am getting emails from Verizon, near daily, advertising promotions, myPlan, and other things.
And I received the bill ready PUSH notification just fine. But the emailed one never came this month.
Two months ago, I did not get my paper bill in the mail for some reason (the bill that would have been in April) and I had to reach out to Verizon to get a copy re-printed and mailed. Last month (May), the paper copy came fine. I still have not receive the paper copy (hopefully just a delay due to the Juneteenth holiday yesterday). Don't know if it could be related but just figured I'd throw it out there.
I just want to make sure I receive the email notification in the future. I like getting the paper copy in the mail, but I rely on the email notification as I typically will pay my bill when I get the email and then file away the paper bill after it comes and I review it.
Thanks.

We definitely want to ensure that you get your bill notifications on your email. Were any changes made to the account before this issue started? ~Peter

Hi Peter,
You just confirmed how awful customer service is. You replied to my message where I confirmed:
“I've made no changes whatsoever. That's why I logged into confirm my notification settings were untouched.”
And you asked me if I made any changes.
I literally just said “no” and you replied to “no” and asked the same question.
