Just another post commenting on how new users get great deals, but those of us that are long-time customers just keep getting rate increases. I was emailed about a rate increase at $4 per line (already another $24) but my bill has actually gone up almost $50 due to adding more hotspot data I did not requestion. How do I opt out of that? One of our phones is still a flip-phone and still costs almost $50/month. C'mon Verizon.

I know how important it is to find the best deals when it comes to new devices, and my budget is pretty tight these days with the general cost of living going up faster than I can keep up. I would be happy to take a look at your account to see if there is anything we can do as far as offers for new devices as well as deliver some more value out of your service plan. Please be on the lookout for a private message from me so we can take a look together.
