- Hi, recently got a bill in the mail from the CBE collections for $3,400 for #Verizon wireless, which I never had or opened a Verizon account. I called CBE and was forwarded to Verizon fraud department reported I never created acct. Agent said account has been flagged and closed. And Wait 30days. What else should I do? I don't want this on my credit report and bill. Verizon needs to double check acct being created . I may file complaint to BBB, FCC . Thank
