Bill from third party

I recently received a bill from claims management resources who says they represent Verizon. They claim that this is from damage to align done by my company in August 2023. This is the first time that I have ever heard about this claim. We have never been contacted by Verizon directly and it is almost a $6000 claim. Obviously, I am not paying this and would like to know who in Verizon I can speak to to clear this up.
