Hey there, next week my bill is due. My family is going through a rough patch and might not be able to pay. Im already set up on a payment arrangement/extension.
I didnt know if theres a way I can defer it a couple extra weeks or not. Ive only had it shut off maybe a couple days in the past 2 or so years. Looking for any help. Thank you!

My guess is no. Have you looked into whether your community has any sort of programs to help those in need? If you can get a break on groceries or other utility bills, that could free up some money to pay the phone bill?
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
