Bill increase

My bill  recently increased from one $145-$208 and the new monthly norm was gonna be $180, I told them I’ve been a customer for 9 years and can’t afford that increase and they said nothing they can do , I should try a cheaper carrier!

Have you checked your account to make sure there aren't perk subscriptions hanging out in there which you don't use, and cancel anything you don't need?

I'd have to guess you have multiple lines.  Can the other people having the other lines help you out?

If there is nothing else you can do, you can switch to prepaid service, which is cheaper, but you will be deprioritized on the towers to all the postpaid customers in exchange for paying less.  There are also numerous budget carriers out there, but with them all piggybacking off one or more of the "Big 3" carriers who don't have to care about someone else's customers, can be a serious case of getting what you pay for.

I have no perks, I found it was. $10 off per line for loyal customers that ran out.. so no reason to be a loyal customer anymore
