Bill just keeps going up

I have been a Verizon customer for about 20 years, and when I switched to FiOS from Optimum, my bill was about $150/month for 1Gb Internet, a phone service I don't have hooked up, and three TVs with DVR. Over the past year my bill has risen to $250/month as various incentives were removed and prices adjusted. I have Chatted with support three or four times looking for ways to reduce my costs while retaining what I need and all they can do seemingly is propose new plans that cost more than my current one.

Since there's no retention department apparently, no one seems to care to retain me. I asked again tonight for ways to lower my bill, and they offered me a $10/month credit which I appreciate but doesn't really help enough.

YouTube TV is $100/month and I can drop FiOS TV/phone and just keep internet for about $100/month so I'd go from $250/month to $200/month and have more flexibility (even if perhaps a slightly worse user experience overall IMO).

I asked if they could match it, but nope. Is there ANYONE at Verizon that wants to actually keep me as a customer? I can get lower-priced internet elsewhere, so why should I stay with FiOS at all at this point? I'm in NYC.
