So I have gotten an updated bill, which I was waiting for after speaking to a manager, next months bill, due on Feb 2nd, $301! Still no trade in credit of $450 given. No “free” phones, no bundled iTunes, and my other apps that I have had for yrs! My bill is typically due around the 23rd or so of the month, they moved it up to the 2nd, with $150+ added to my bill?! I specifically told the salesperson over and over I couldn’t go over $200, even tho we did agree to $208 w/the taxes monthly, but no more than that I said, he said “yes, I understand, it won’t be more than that”. I am disabled and we have to eat! But, I was duped! How can they do this to anyone? Now if I send it all back I get charged a bunch of fees and phone charges (supposed to be $0), and it’s not my fault, these phones he told me were free, w/some promotion to add new lines, they aren’t free, not at all! Not $0 a month, as he stated. A cell phone bill should never be higher than your car payment or house payment, my goodness, what is going on here?! I will be turning this in and furthering my complaint with BBB and ATTY General.
