My bill went up $3 approximately a line on five lines this month ($15.20 total). What is this? Can Verizon change my bill whenever they feel like...T-mobile didn't do that. I thought it was a contract and wasn't brought to my attention that I had a promotional rate.

I got the ////email 45 days before the billing date. I have 5 lines too.

My guess is, something was changed with one of the fees Verizon is charging? Would have to think they can't change the base rate for a service plan while you're on a contract (of course, once the contract expires, then a new contract could have a higher cost for a service plan?), but "taxes and fees" are exempt from rate changes.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

I am also being charged $15 more a month since Dec-Jan bill no notification of any change on my bill. I've been calling monthly to get it fixed. I'm promised it will be fixed and every month it's still charged. I'm calling again today as nothing was done. No explanation of what changed. I'm beyond frustrated and need a solution.
