Three months ago I tried to order a second phone by mail, USPS never delivered it so it was returned to the Verizon warehouse and I have tracking to prove this in addition to customer support confirmation.
But Verizon has continued to charge me both for service and device payments for the phone that I never got.
Each month I call and they fix it with credits. I've done a line cancelation and more than 20 phone calls to fix this.
Again this month I'm being charged for this phone I NEVER got. Now I have a notice saying my account will be disconnected if I don't pay.
What am I supposed to do here when support cannot fix this issue? Other than close my account and dispute the charges with my bank?
This is insane.
