How do you speak with someone to escalate a ticket that you already have in process.

I know how eager I am to find a resolution when I have a ticket lifted up for an issue, Matt151. We are here to help. Can you elaborate more on what the ticket was created for? When was this lifted up? What turnaround time frame were you provided?

This was created because of a verizon customer service worker screwed up on my new upgrade.  This has been going on for 2 months and I just keep getting bounced around from person to person.  Leaving Verizon at the end of the month since they cant get problems resolved that they created and admitted to screwing up.  Sad
