How do you speak with someone to escalate a ticket that you already have in process.

This was created because of a verizon customer service worker screwed up on my new upgrade. This has been going on for 2 months and I just keep getting bounced around from person to person. Leaving Verizon at the end of the month since they cant get problems resolved that they created and admitted to screwing up. Sad
