I recently traveled out of the country for a family vacation. I called to add International plan to our service. The representative told me it was $100 or some convoluted pay per use plan. I opted for the $100 plan. Now, all our 4 phones are under the same bill….  I was under the impression that $100 would be added to our bill and then we would all be covered (all 4 lines) while we traveled. At no point in time did the rep tell me (go listen to the tape/read transcript) that this was $100 PER line imagine my surprise when I received our bill this month with an additional $300 in charges that no one told me about. Maybe I was incorrect to assume but since the rep NEVER said PER LINE I was shocked to see my bill. I would have definitely gone with a different plan and used 1 phone for emergencies instead of having all 4 of us on this $$$ plan

jacquelyn12, we understand the need for clarity in communication. Our international plans are billed per line, as coverage cannot be offered through a shared plan.
