So after 23 years I quit my service with sprint because it just doesn’t work well in my area but also my bill had gotten huge with no explanation. It’s just my husband and myself and we’re basically old so we don’t use our phones for much . So I switched to Verizon having heard such good things about them . So in two months my bill has dramatically increased and I actually went to a Verizon store and I can’t even begin to tell you the cluster f that I have been put through and still no answer . All of a sudden without warning they changed my husbands phone number. No one can tell me why . Now in order to text him I have to text myself . He and I have merged in iMessage . I went in google to see how to fix it and it worked for about five minutes . No one at Verizon can help me . Then without warning my whole account was erased . Yes it’s true so I was told I’d have to reregister so I tried that and it kept saying that I already had an account and to please login . So I tried that and then it said “we don’t recognize you, please register . No one at Verizon could help me . So I don’t know anyone that has gone through any of this . Then to top it off they seem to know enough about me to jack my bill up and take it out of my bank account . Can anyone shed light on this ?

Can you describe how you're trying to register your My Verizon account again?
