The international monthly plan is a horrible! After several calls, hours on the phone with customer service, it still wasn’t set up correctly. On top of that, had to spend additional time on phone with Verizon while on vacation. All that to return home being charged 2.5 times the amount for the service requested! Another call that literally lasted over an hour. Probably will never get straight. Absolutely ridiculous, after 18 years of a customer, worst experience. Every time I called, was guaranteed it was fixed but wasn’t.
