I do not recommend service with Verizon, at all. Their online customer service is TERRIBLE. I have been trying for WEEKS to settle a bill because I canceled service with them. I cannot get ahold of a live agent AT ALL. When I did have service with them, there app was confusing to use and the internet was not that great. My main issue is trying to get in touch with a live agent to try and settle my bill and I just can’t. I am 23 and pretty much able to figure out a lot of stuff, but this is impossible…. I don’t want a bot, I want a person.
