Billed for 2 lines

I  added my wife to my Verizon plan back in April 2023. The representative assigned her a phone number, she didn’t want that number, so the representative changed it and we went our merry ways. I’ve been on and off of deployments for quite some time now, and never thought to check the details of my online bills until just now. I realized that Verizon has been charging me for 2 lines on my wife’s phone for over a year now. Has this ever happened to any of you? If so, were you reimbursed? I’m heavily considering going to another service provider after this.

I know how disheartened I would feel if I learned that I had been billed for a whole year for an additional number that I was unaware of, Rayflores619. Thank you for your service, and I know that life can be hectic when deployed, especially with what is happening back home. The last thing I would want to see is for you to leave us.
