i got new number/line with verzion on 29th Nov. But i received a bill from period of Oct 29- Nov 28. Wondering why is that i have to pay for some postpaid connection a charge for period which i didnt use. Can some one help?
Greed they want me too pay for a device that was returned yes it was after the time frame wasn’t charged a late fee but instead full retail. Good luck too you.

Called customer service twice, they were not able to answer this question.
