Got an update finally
Verizon rep told me I’d get a full refund a couple weeks ago. Now they’re offering me a 6 month “credit” to my account. I’m done with them and going to another service provider.

I added my wife to my Verizon plan back in April 2023. The representative assigned her a phone number, she didn’t want that number, so the representative changed it and we went our merry ways. I’ve been on and off of deployments for quite some time now, and never thought to check the details of my online bills until just now. I realized that Verizon has been charging me for 2 lines on my wife’s phone for over a year now. Has this ever happened to any of you? If so, were you reimbursed? I’m heavily considering going to another service provider after this
