I transferred from T-Mobile several months ago and ever since I have had issues every single month when my bill comes due. Three times, I have had to pay an extra 10$ per line because of billing issues. Charged a fee when I had to go in to the store to pay with cash. This makes the third time I have had issues with them telling me my number is being ported (It's almost been around six months). Customer service is god awful, nothing but a constant headache. Maybe someone else has had better experience but I am definitely not one of them. At this point I will be paying my phone off and leaving. It just isn't worth the constant hassle at every single turn.
