- Nothing is free and there is no discounts. They say that but when your bill goes up every month they are covering the so called free services(disney,Hulu ect.) that comes with the plans. When they go up so does your bill since disney is no longer on Direct TV programing due to pricing conflicts. I have seen my bill go from 356 to over 400 now. Now they sent me today that our so called auto pay discount will lose 5 dollars for some reason so my bill will go up another 5 dollars. Crazy. They are out for themselves and don't care about the customers that they are about lose.

And, as of October 17th, the Disney Bundle that came with some plans is no longer a perk. I’ve been with Verizon for over 20 years . You’d think they would reward customer longevity with perks. NOPE! After 20 years, TMobile may be my new carrier. Since they merged with Sprint, their coverage is outstanding.

Still haven't received a private message. Bill went up another 15 dollars, now I'm almost at 400 dollars a month. That's a big no to continue using Verizon. Went from 356 to 394.47 now. Crazy
