24 years as a LOYAL Verizon customer with 9-10 Cell phones at all times / FIOS/INTERNET/Homes phones...recently had a broken phone , while traveling on vacation when I called a customer service rep to inquire about a new phone replacement...my ONLY option was to upgrade my plan from and older plan to a newer plan to get a new phone on a promotion....with that upgrade I was offered a Tablet at a promotional price as well...on a RECORDED line ...stated MULTIPLE times and CONFIRMING that I would need to pay taxes on BOTH devices and that my MONTHLY bill would not change dramatically AT ALL if ANYTHING a 3.00-5.00 difference after ALL said and done....with a deal like that I said of course lets do it!!! 3 weeks later new bill comes....ALL of my lines were changed without my permission or knowledge, causing 2 of my other lines to LOSE there current promotional credits on there phones....in fact NONE of them were even in the discussion AT ALL at anytime......EXCEPT at the END of that call with this REP....I asked to her to please contact me after my vacation ,in which she scheduled a call back with me to discuss potentially upgrading my other phones and phone plans with this promotion ....ON A RECORDED LINE!!!!!! My bill in fact jumped up from a so called promised and guaranteed roughly 5.00 to another 60.00 instead....BIG difference even after the verizon up charged all the older plans and reduced discounts on older plans changing my already monthly bill 6 months ago to an increased 75.00 difference!!! Dealt with 4 reps in 2 weeks for more than 8 HOURS regarding these issues and got absolutely nowhere , im suppose to just Deal with it and nothing can be done!! This entire transaction was deceitful, misinformed, inconsiderate, based on false promises and were out right LIES!!!! SHAME on you VERIZON between my cellphones and home services I pay 800.00 a month !! This is the behavior my loyalty gets?? This is unacceptable and DISGRACEFUL, where is YOUR INTEGRITY????.....Time to start shopping elsewhere for ALL my services!!!!
