I have dealt with my bill consistently going up since November. I have called Verizon each month and they assure me that the bill will be taken care of properly. It is now May and I still have to call in as if I work part-time for Verizon. Has anyone else dealt with this issue? Each time I call in they reassure me that theyโre making notes that everything will be better next month. Nothing ever changes
