After multiple calls to Verizon Wireless customer service and various phone numbers listed and provided, I find that it is impossible to file a complaint on a problem that seems beyond the basic customer service to fix....
I do have the operations physical address in NJ. Is sending a bloody physical mail literally the only way to file a complaint and get some action??? Customer service in general has been good, but this seems beyond them
