My bill increased by $5 without notification.
Verison decided to reduce my auto bill pay credit of $10 to $5. When I call the explanation was they are trying to get their customers to sign up for a new sign versus the “ Old” plan that I have.
Only when asked in great detail Did I realize that this new plan would remove several features that I have already included. For example, accumulating travel past days, Disney, bundle with ESPN And hotspot services.
Trying to get my plan to what I was sold at the store front. Which was at these discounts were guaranteed for the life of the plan.
Anyone else with the same issue?
