I have been over charged since the very first month . I started with them in 02/25 it is currently 10/25. And they charge twice a month 7th & the 30th . They have changed my bill numerous times and I have to call every bill cycle to ask them to remove over charges they sometimes don’t get back to me in over a day when requesting a call back and then Im charged for late fees . This is ridiculous
