Billing Over charges

In May of 2024 I tried to connect a Verizon service to my car.  For whatever reason, it didn't work and was told by Verizon rep that the service would be cancelled.  For the past 6 months Verizon has been charging me for this service. When contacted they said they would only credit me for one month since I have should have been checking my bill. I am on hold now waiting to speak to manager - in addition to the other 6 hours I have wasted on this matter when trying to activate and deactivate the service.

I am so frustrated this is pretty much the same issue I have had since last March, but I noticed that Inwas being charged in May. I have had countless chats, calls and emails back and forth with Verizon about being charged for a “connected car” but I never have connected my car. I have been charged 20.00 since last March regardless how many times the “issue” has been resolved by multiple verizon agents. I have even been refunded some charges “because of our error” and have been told “please be assured that this issue is resolved and you will not be charged for a connected car again”.  Well happy 2025 and I am still being charged and do not have it in me to play repeat and repeat with Verizon Agents anymore. I think Verizon should be paying me for the countless hours I have spent explaining the same problem to them. The chat logs are there people. I need a solution to this issue. $20.00 is a lot of money to me. I do not have the energy to battle this battle any longer.  Help? Anyone?
