I’ve been a customer for 7+ years with my own account, 21+ years ini total. So frustrated by their business practices. The bills are all over the place, never consistent in their charges. They also don’t honor their offers as described—tricked by a promotion online for a trade in so we upgraded, but once we sent in our phone Verizon said that promotion wasn’t offered as described. When we wanted to cancel it, they refused and now we are locked into a 3 year contract for a phone. I can’t put my billing on autopay because the bills fluctuates by hundreds of dollars. When I call, I get an overseas agent with communication difficulties. Impossible to get a supervisor in a timely manner. I spend 2 hours every month on the phone with Verizon straightening out my account, because they don’t charge consistent and fair prices. I paid my bill and then got an additional charge for $123. Honestly, I’m to the point I want to send everything back, even take a hit on my credit, buy refurbished phones and switch to Visible or a competitor. Going to file a complaint with the AG of my state first! My Verizon bill is more than my rent! No wonder they are making record profits!
