Billing after cancelation

Switched to AT&T in February 2023. Still being billed but online account was cancelled after the switch. Only get automated rep with CS and billing dept. Wrote letter in November explaining the issue and no response. I just need to speak to a real person and sort it out. This is frustrating especially as I'm deployed often with the Army. Need help now.
