I placed an order for a new device last month. They never told me that I would have to sign for it when it came. I work in New York so I was never home when the device came and there was no one to sign for it. After the 3rd attempt, UPS left a note saying they are returning it to Verizon. Now I am receiving a bill from Verizon for the amount of the box because my old box was not returned. I have spoken to several representative explaining that I never received the box and they can check and see that I am still using the old box. I have requested to speak to a supervisor twice, the first time someone hung up on me and the second time no one ever called back. I need this situation taken care of. I am so over this. There is no way I am paying Verizon 500.00 for a device I don't even have and they don't have proper documentation of the sent unit. Ridiculaous
