I placed an order for a new device last month. They never told me that I would have to sign for it when it came. I work in New York so I was never home when the device came and there was no one to sign for it. After the 3rd attempt, UPS left a note saying they are returning it to Verizon. Now I am receiving a bill from Verizon for the amount of the box because my old box was not returned. I have spoken to several representative explaining that I never received the box and they can check and see that I am still using the old box. I have requested to speak to a supervisor twice, the first time someone hung up on me and the second time no one ever called back. I need this situation taken care of. I am so over this. There is no way I am paying Verizon 500.00 for a device I don't even have and they don't have proper documentation of the sent unit. Ridiculaous

I don't have any questions. I need for the company to be responsible and accountable for an action that has nothing to do with me but am being charged for. Please engage in due diligence and locate the return by UPS and remove the dollar amount from my account. I NEVER received the device, never signed for the device, don't have the device.....
