Billing and Customer Service

I have been with Verizon for 20+ years and for the first time will likely be seeking a new provider. Every time I call customer service they tell me they’re going to do something but then my bill changes and I went from pain $283 a month to $352 even after I was told they would lower my bill. I have never experienced worst customer service in my life. I like the service and connectivity, however, I’m not sure it’s worth it anymore and we are going to shop around. Verizon has gone way downhill in the last few years. There are plenty of other providers that I’m sure will be happy to have  my business.
